Effective: May 2026
AnonyGmail never requires identification, verification, or personal information of any kind. You can sign up, receive email, and pay — all without providing a name, address, phone number, or ID. We do not know who our users are, and we have no way to find out.
All incoming email is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a key derived from your unique recovery phrase. We cannot read your email. We do not have access to decryption keys. Your recovery code is your key — lose it, and your encrypted messages are permanently inaccessible, even to us.
We do not log your IP address beyond what is necessary for basic service operation. We do not track you. We do not sell data. We have no data to sell.
You agree not to use AnonyGmail for any illegal activity. This includes, but is not limited to:
Due to our encryption architecture, we cannot screen or monitor email content. However, we reserve the right to suspend any address that is credibly reported for abuse, or that we become aware is being used for clearly illegal purposes.
Free addresses are available for 72 hours. After this period, the address enters an inactive state. You may reclaim it at any time by proving ownership with your recovery code. Your encrypted emails remain on the server during this period and are recoverable. Paid addresses ($15/month) never expire while subscribed.
AnonyGmail is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees of uptime, deliverability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You assume all risk associated with using the service.
All payments are made via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or Monero). Payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of each 30-day period unless renewed. We do not store payment information — cryptocurrency transactions occur entirely off-platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
